Questions
What counts as a subscriber?
A synchronized Shopify customer with an email address and SUBSCRIBED email-marketing consent counts. Customers without email, without consent, unsubscribed customers and deleted records do not count. A subscribed contact may still count while delivery is suppressed for a bounce or complaint; billing and sending eligibility are separate checks.
What does unlimited sending mean?
Email volume does not change your MailYVO plan. What happens when my list grows?
Shopify asks you to approve the required paid tier or a higher approved limit. Sending pauses if approval is required. A tier is charged once per 30-day cycle; an upgrade charges only the unpaid difference. A lower tier applies in the next cycle, without an automatic refund.
Is MailYVO free to start?
Yes. Up to 250 Shopify email subscribers are included without a billing agreement. A paid tier requires Shopify approval.

Customer data is separated by store, sensitive settings are encrypted, and Shopify privacy webhooks are handled. Billing approval stays in Shopify.
